SECURITY
For the safety of your personal information, the Empty Prophets store uses Shopify's secure checkout with SSL encryption to protect information passed to and from the website during checkout. You can confirm SSL is active by checking for the padlock icon in your browser's URL bar.
LIMITED DROPS & AVAILABILITY
Empty Prophets operates on a limited drop model. Quantities are intentionally restricted, and once a piece sells out, it may not be restocked. Empty Prophets cannot guarantee that all products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event a product you've ordered is no longer available, you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order.
Due to the color settings of your device, product colors shown on this website may differ slightly from actual colors — particularly with hand-finished, hand-dyed, or hand-numbered pieces, where natural variation is part of the piece itself. Empty Prophets cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
PRICE CHANGES
Empty Prophets reserves the right to change prices of products sold. The price of a product at the time you place your order will remain valid throughout that specific transaction.
PAYMENT
Empty Prophets accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards through Shopify Payments as well as PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Full payment is charged at the time of order.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping charges will be added at checkout based on destination and method selected. Please refer to the shipping rates shown at checkout for your specific charge.
During drop launches, please allow additional processing time due to increased order volume.
At this time, Empty Prophets ships to addresses within the United States only. Domestic orders are not subject to customs duties or import charges.
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Empty Prophets will not reimburse shipping costs for packages that go uncollected or are returned to sender due to non-pickup.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
At this time, all purchases made through our website are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items once an order has been placed.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Empty Prophets reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized reselling, or violation of these terms.
DISCOUNT CODES
Empty Prophets reserves the right to refuse discount codes on select items, limited drop pieces, and all sale items.
